5 Day Return Policy:

Defective PITS can be replaced or returned for a refund.

We recommend you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item(s) you have received are defective, please contact PITS as soon as possible! Defects must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the order. If contacted in time, PITS will either replace the defective item or refund the price.

The 5-day Return Policy also applies if the product you received is not the product you ordered. Please contact PITS within 5 days of receiving your order to report any order that was fulfilled incorrectly. You may be asked to submit a picture. If we are not notified within 5 days of receiving the product, PITS will not be able to refund or replace your order.

Change or Cancel order:

An order can be canceled or changed if it has not gone into fulfillment. If you need to cancel your order, contact PITS within 12 hours after submitting the order, and we'll take care of it!
